Shouldn't you chill the combination right after having it off the warmth and just before Placing it into the ice cream equipment?My son in law's favored is tart frozen cherries and just enough on the juice for making the ice cream pink. I have an everyday American ice cream maker so it might not go a exam should an Italian clearly show up from Rome
